KidneySPA complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color,
national origin, age, disability, or sex. KidneySPA does not exclude patients or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
KidneySPA facilities provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to enable effective communication, such as:
- qualified sign language interpreters; and
- written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats).
Additionally, KidneySPA facilities provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
- qualified interpreters; and
- information written in other languages.
If you are a current patient who needs language access services as described above or who believes that KidneySPA
has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age,
disability, or sex, please notify your facility’s Section 504 Coordinator / Civil Rights Officer in accordance with the
notice posted in your facility. If you are not a patient and have questions about the availability of language access
